Abstract

The full view of the Huokou extra-longspan bridge on the Xi'an-Ankang Railway has been introduced in this paper. The selection situations of the 42m tie bar arch and its structural design arc introduced briefly. While the analyses of advantages and shortcomings of different construction schemes and the optimized construction scheme are introduced emphatically. The optimization analysis of the construction schemes may be used as reference for the design and construction units.
