The paper introduces in detail the characteristics of environment protection and energy saving for floor radiation heat supply system. The contents of design of the floor radiation heat supply system are introduced through particular project example，including mainly using hot water as heat medium，applying coil heating pipe made by new-type composite pipes and laying under the floor so as to form a new-type floor radiation heat supply system.
