At present，the railway engineering enterprises are faced with establishment of modern enterprise systems and the intensive competition of architectural market in home and abroad. In the final analysis，it is the competition of talents，especially the competition of cultivation and employment of the high-level talents. The China Railway Engineering General Corporation is a large-scale enterprise group. The recent situation of the talents of the Corporation and the existing problems are analyzed in this paper. Several suggestions and counter- measures for developing the talent resources are proposed also.
