This paper gives an introduction to the design features of electrification construction in Northwest Plateau re- gion, explores those of modification of air gap and device insulation strength at different altitudes and connecting earth wire in collapsible loess and frozen soil regions as sell as foundation of device, for reference to the design of electr]ed railway.
