Statistics shows that variable kinds of 963 976 casualty accidents happened in China in 2003 with total casual?ties of 136 340 persons, in which 15 597 casualty accidents happened in enterprise with total casualties of 17315 persons, occupying second place next to traffic accident. It is one of core tasks for supervising and managing safe production in chi?na to do supervision and management works well of accident happening. This paper presents the basic thinking on doing the work of safe production of construction enterprise based on review and analysis of the work of safe production of one construction enterprise.
