According to the data of the water regime in Northeast region of China, we analyzed the statistical influence on the existing railway and railway construction. With designing construction maintaining reconstruction and water monitoring, we proposed the corresponding countermeasures on the railway prevents flood and combats a natural disaster, The conclusions in this paper have a valuable and realistic reference to prevention of railway flood in the region.
