Comments on Control Method of Investment in Railway Construction Project

Abstract

Research purposes: The purposes are to do research on how to control the investment in railway construction project.

Research methods: In combination with the practical experiences in large一sized construction projects of state capital construction，the concrete analysis is made of the aspects of the capital control and financial operation steps during the period from the preparation work for the project to the courses of bidding and construction.

Research results: An overall control method of capital investment in railway construction project is proposed.

Research conclusions: Investment control in the entire procedures of railway construction project is helpful to control of investment，reducing the construction cost and improving the management level.
