Technologies for Measurement and Fine Adj ustment of Ballastless Track

Abstract

Research purposes: In the course of laying slab or double—block ballastless track,the fine adjustment of track physical dimension is necessary.If the adjustment method is improper and the quality control is not strict,the measurement and adjustment will be conducted repeatedly,which not only wastes time and labor force and slows down the adjustment process,but also causes the bad influence to rail fastenings.Combined with construction of Dabie Mountain tunnel of Hefei—Wuhan Railway,in this paper,the discussion is made on finding out the quick adjustment method for fine adjustment of ballastless track of Hefei—Wuhan Railway and offering the reference to the similar works.
Research conclusions: From the analyses of fine adjustment of ballastless track,it is concluded when the rail of double—block ballastless track is adjusted precisely,the following procedures should be:Firstly,track gauge should be adjusted to between 1 435 mm and 1436 mm,and the gauge change between the adjacent sleepers should not exceed 0.5 mm.Secondly,the change between the adjacent the monitoring points for track direction and elevation should not exceed 0.5 mm.Thirdly,the following operating order should be followed:adjusting gauge,then rail surveying for fitting midline and obtaining track elevation data,after it,ordering gasket and chock block,then demarcating rail adjustment contents in site,finally adjusting rail to the accurate position quickly.
