Abstract

Research purposes: The overpass of the Chengdu second ring expressway—Chengdu—Wenzhou—Qiongxia Expressway is one of the most important nodes in the western section of the Chengdu second ring expressway．Combined with the control factors of the flyover，this paper comprehensively and technologically compares the advantages and disadvantages of the overpass by using statistics method，and analyzes the alignment and the different types of the overpass in different cross locations for offering the references the similar flyover．

Research conclusions:The flyover program should be chosen on the basis of the analyse and reserch on the lectotype of overpass in the different cross locations and comprehensive consideration of construction，technology，economics and environment to achieve the goals of rapid and smooth transportation，lowering the maintenance and operation costs and maximizing overall benefits．
