STATIC ANALYSIS OF EFFECTIVE COEFFICIENT OF BRAKING
FORCE ON RAILWAY SIMPLY SUPPORTED BEAM BRIDGE |

Abstract This paper presents the model for static analysis of train braking force on line, makes a research on
the relation between effective coefficient of braking force on PC railway simply supported beam bridge and
bridge length and overall rigidity on basis of static analysis under condition of different bridge length and
different overall rigidity of roadbed and pier, and defines the differences between dynamic and static analysis
methods. In this way, the calculation result can be achieved by simpler method with avoiding complicated and
overloaded calculation and analysis of dynamic force.
