Abstract When high-speed train entering and exiting from tunnel a series of aerodynamics effect was created, model experiment is efficient methods to research these problems. On analyzing all the model experiment methods in the world, a set of high-speed train model experiment system was built by Southwest Jiaotong University. In this paper, the experiment system was introduced thoroughly. The measurement results were analyzed and some principles on pressure wave creation and transportation were drawn out.
