Abstract Abstract : Research purposes : In order to improve the reliability of pantographs of high speed train, the finite element analysis is made in the state of head - rising of DSA200 pantograph and the stress response of the dangerous point is received. The simulation samples of dangerous point stress value and random variable are generated with the methods of sampling and experimental design. Then, their relational expression is fitted and the reliability limit state function is built using the technology of BP neural network. Combined with random perturbation technique, first order second moment method and matrix differential method,the reliability and reliability sensitivity of pantograph are analyzed. Research conclusions : (1) The influence of load on the pantograph reliability is much greater than that of material property,and the effect of Poissons ratio is greater than those of elastic modulus and density of the material. (2) The load and material parameters should be strictly controlled in the process of design and manufacturing,in order to make sure the strength reliability of the pantograph and the safety of the high - speed railway operation. (3 ) The method of reliability proposed in this paper has a high precision and can be applied to the design of pantograph.
