Research on Adjustments of Track and Gradient of Line 2 of Wuhan Metro |

Abstract Research purposes: Adjustments of track and gradient are the comprehensive multi-disciplinary work,and its purpose are to eliminate the gaps,the mistakes,the missing and the other errors produced in metro construction by adjustment of track plane and vertical section to make the track meeting the various boundary requirements of the devices. Whether the metro station and the interval structure invade the boundary or not is crucial to the metro. As the work to examine and eliminate the invasion of the boundary,the adjustment of track and gradient has become an indispensable work. Compared with the actual project,this paper sums up the design process of the adjustments of track and gradient and the problems encountered in it for giving a hand to metro design and construction.
Research conclusions : From the research it is concluded:(1)It is easy to control the construction precision of open cut structure. If any part of it invades the boundary,the treatment can be conducted to the structure to make it meeting the requirements. (2)During shield construction,if the shield invades the boundary due to no effective control of gesture, the slow correction should be made and after it the conditions for the adjustments of track and gradient can be realized. (3)The section measurement should be conducted tensely to the sharp change areas of the station or the interval structure to avoid missing the boundary control point.(4)The attention should be paid to the relation between the track structure and the drainage pipe in the lowest area.(5)The track design should comprehensively consider the EIA requirements.
