Abstract Research purposes: Compared with the traditional cast-in-place concrete structure, the prefabricated structure has the advantages of high standardization, convenient construction, small site occupation, high mechanization and environmental protection. When the prefabricated inverted arch is used in the mine method tunnel, the stress condition in the construction period should be considered in addition to the stress condition in the operation period. Therefore, the stress condition of the structure should be studied under the action of construction machines and tools, assembly machines, etc. Taking single track railway tunnel as the engineering background, the mechanical characteristics of precast invert block under construction load are studied through full-scale test.Research conclusions: (1) When the longitudinal tension of a single hole reaches 373 kN (37.3 t), the minimum circumferential seam can be closed. (2) The tightening effect is related to the tightening sequence and mode, and the proper tightening mode can improve the tightening effect. (3) During the whole process of construction load, the reinforcement and concrete are in compression state without any damage. The location and area of load action are important factors affecting the stress of inverted arch block. (4) This research result can be applied to the fields of mining tunnels and underground engineering, provide technical support for intelligent construction of tunnels.
