1 DISCUSSION ON THE CONTRACT OF CIVIL LEGAL ACTION

Market economy is the contract economy. Contract is the bridge and link to take economic activities and get economic benefits for the enterprise. As one of main market bodies, the construction enterprise is hound to contract and normalized by Contract Law from bidding for a project to signing a contract ,from execution of the contract to project claims and from clearing of construction cost to treatment of contract disputes. Only are the characteristics of contract deeply understood,the flexible application of Contract Law can he made. This paper proposes the notable issues in the practice of execution of contract and Contract Law based on the description of a contract and its characteristics, which has guidance significance for correcting problems related to the contract in the complex economic activities by construction enterprise.

30 FIELD OBSERVATION ON RESPONSES OF SOIL TEMPERATURE PROFILE TO CONSTRUCTION OF ENGINEERING PILES IN PERMAFROST

The responses of soil temperature profile to construction of engineering piles in permafrost are studied by analyzing the in-situ data. For the specific situation observed, it is found that the soil temperature under observation is raised 0. 7℃,the temperature in the pile decreases to below 0 ℃ in 60 days after reaching its maximum value of 4℃,however, it may be a long process for the soil temperature around the pile to recover its original value.

39 NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF TEMPERATURE FIELD IN SECTIONS OF VENTILATION SUBGRADE ON QINGHAI-TIBET RALWAY LINE

Some segments of Qinghai-Tibet railway are used the ventilated embankment to ensure the thermal stability for it pass through cold region. The finite element formulate was derived from the differential equation of three-dimension temperature fields taking into phase change by enthalpy-based methods and calculate the temperature distribution of the ventilated embankment under the case that the annual mean air temperature in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau will be warm up by 2.6℃in the future 54 years and the air yearly-average temperature is about -2. 3℃ or the yearly-average temperature at the native surface is about -1℃.And compare the traditional embankment to the ventilated embankment under the same situation mention above, the ventilated embankment structure can ensure the thermal stability of embankment.

To study the deformation characteristics of slope soft-soil foundation under the loads of embankment,and investigate the reinforcement effects of driven piles and stabilizing piles,three groups of centrifugal model tests,separately with no reinforcement measures,driven piles and stabilizing piles,are carried out based on physic-mechanics parameters of a typical slope soft-soil foundation. The results obtained show that the deformation of foundation is mainly concentrated on the border side of the declivity, and that both driven piles and stabilizing piles can limit deformation of the slope soft-soil foundation and increase the stability of foundation, and that the effects of driven piles applied in control of deformation turn out to be more conspicuous than that of stabilizing piles.

Some measures may be used to provide frost protection for tunnel constructed in severe cold regions. Drainage systems for preventing groundwater accumulating and thermal insulated panels are often used. Even though, in most cases frost heave force acting on tunnel lining still appears obviously, ft usually causes lining deformed, cracked and broken. On base of tracing on mechanism and characteristics of frost heave force, different models for calculating it in case of rock and sail surrounding ground are adopted respectively.

In the past design and calculation, for the non-circular land-slip,the designing of prestressed cable-anchors is commonly adopted the design farces being determined previously,and the cable-anchors is determined according to the wholly equilibrium conditions, and the cable-anchor's forces are considered acted at the slip-surface in the forms of concentrated forces,in that they have been spread greatly because of the farces acted on the ground-surface have been passed through the slip-body, and the past method can't be found a theoretical reason,i. e.,satisfying non forces and moment equilibrium conditions,for this the method is not the most satisfactory. this paper has conducted a repeat calculated formula of determing the anchor's designing forces, it may have a great theoretical significance to a practical engineering.

127 DYNAMIC RESPONSE OF A CIRCULAR CAVITY IN POROVISCOELASTIC MEDIUM

In this paper, the dynamic response of an infinite circular cavity subjected to axially symmetric radial traction and fluid pressure in poroviscoelastic saturated medium is studied. The constitutive model presented by Carcione is used to describe the creep and relaxation behavior of medium. To obtain the solutions, two scalar potential functions are introduced. The analytical solutions of stresses, displacement and pore pressure are derived in transform domain by employing the technique of Laplace transform. A parametric study is made based on the numerical results by inverting the Laplace transform to illustrate the influence of the poroviscoelastic parameters. It is indicated that there are strong correlations among these parameters and the attenuation of radial displacement and pore pressure.
