Abstract:Research purposes: This paper discusses and sums up the technique to control the settlement after construction and it provides the experience of building passenger dedicated railway line in soft soil zone for railway construction in similar region in the future.
Research methods: Combined with the circumstance of the settlement control after construction of Qinhuangdao-Shenyang passenger dedicated railway line,the basic design and compute procedures for loose soft soil roadbed are analysed detailedly and confirmed in this paper. The prognosticate method,prognosticate accuracy,frequency and various method to estimate settlement in the future from actually measure data are also discussed.
Research results: The control technique of the settlement after construction and the basic step and contentses of dynamic designs for the soft soil and the loose soft soil roadbed are put forward finally.
Research conclusions: We can control the settlement after construction and ground decline velocity by adopting the control technique of the settlement after construction in soft soil zone.
