9 EXPLORATION ON SPEED -RAISE ON MOUNTAIN RAILWAY BY ADOPTING PENDULUM TRAIN

The calculation is made and shows pendulum train can raise curve limited speed by about 35%. Taking Chengdu-Chongqing Railway Line as an example, it is best effective way to raise train speed on mountain railway line dominated with curve by adopting pendulum train.

The rational selection of linear index for high-speed highway not only assists the safety of running, but also assists the stability of subgrade and good looks of environment. In order to tally highway subgrade with landform, avoid deep filling and excavation engineering, and guarantee safety of running and environment protection, the principle of "Taking man as basis, safety as top and environment protection as priority" should be adhered to linear design of mountain high-speed highway.

16 LATERAL DOUBLE MOMENT IN THIN-WALLED BEAM

This paper makes a research on lateral double moment of generalized force in thin-walled beam, describes the different influences on the applied condition of bucking direct stress and Saint Venant Principle by lateral double moment during restraining twist rotation of open thin-walled beam and close thin-walled beam, and first presents the calculation formula of max,buckling direct stress in thin-walled box beam under effect of lateral double moment.

20 STATIC ANALYSIS OF EFFECTIVE COEFFICIENT OF BRAKING FORCE ON RAILWAY SIMPLY SUPPORTED BEAM BRIDGE

This paper presents the model for static analysis of train braking force on line, makes a research on the relation between effective coefficient of braking force on PC railway simply supported beam bridge and bridge length and overall rigidity on basis of static analysis under condition of different bridge length and different overall rigidity of roadbed and pier, and defines the differences between dynamic and static analysis methods. In this way, the calculation result can be achieved by simpler method with avoiding complicated and overloaded calculation and analysis of dynamic force.

Geological environment is an important factor to be researched in geological engineering. It not only relates to the successes or not of engineering actives by human,but also makes influences on the relation between geological environment and engineering itself in the period of use after completion of construction. Especially when the evaluation is made for the stability of engineering site,the geological environment factors are very important. The geological environment factors include geological structure (soft intercalated bed and soft structural plane),living fault, crustal stress, ground water and surface water. On the basis of analysis of the causes for distortion and instability of Jinchuan side slope,this paper puts forward main factors for control of side slope distortion , namely high crustal stress,soft intercalated plane and surface water, and describes the role of geological environment factors in engineering actives.

So attention should be paid to the managements before and after signing contract and the problems in contract management should be analysed as well as the effective countermeasures should be taken for the problems. This paper analyses the problems in contract management of construction enterprise, puts forward correction and countermeasures in order to improve contract management.
