THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES ON SELECTION ROUTE OF TRAFFIC MAINLINE ENTERING INTO TIBET FOR MITIGATING MOUNTAIN HAZARDS

Basis on characteristics of Qinghai-Tibet plateau and railway and highway entering into Tibet, six theoretical principles on selection route of traffic main-line entering into Tibet for mitigating mountain hazards as follows. l)Rotre perpendiculars to mountain chain and vertically climbs up the No. 3 relief step with tall bridge and long tunnel. 2)With circle and turn respectively, route separates oneself from river valley and climbs up the plateau surface as soon as possible. 3)It is main for mitigating hazards of route along river that avoiding mountain hazard gruop with adopting bridge of stride across the river and tunnel of entering into hill. 4)Because mountain hazards have difference related to aspect of valley ,most route along river must through schattenseite and the route of through another side must be a few. 5)In serious hazard and group hazard sections ,route along river would rather more high and must not more low. Elevation of the route must over largest level of the hazards. 6)On the plateau surface, most road must be filled and cut road must be a few. The route is determined by best high of filling.

STUDY ON RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF HUANGLING STATION IN THE SECTION BETWEEN YAN,ANBEI AND XINFENGZHEN ON EXISTING BAOTOU-XI,AN RAILWAY LINE

This section between Yan’anbei and xinfengzhen on existing Baotou-Xi’an Railway Line is an important patr of “Baotou-Liuzhou Passageway” which is one of “Eight Longitudinal and Lateral Railway Lines ”in Chinese railway network. The innovation for increasing capacity must be done to it , because it has become the “bottleneck” of “Baotou-Liuzhou Passageway” owning to its low standard and simple, old and backward equipments. The traffic capacity of Huangling Station is very stressed and can not match the entire line. Therefore, whether the innovation of Huangling Station is successful or not will influence on the result of the innovation of entire line. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and study on the reconstruction project of Huangling Station.

This technical study was made on treating vibrating liquefied foundation by dry crushed stone pile based on the project of Shengyang-Qinghuangdao Passenger Dedicated Railway Line. The mechanism against liquefaction on compound foundation by dry crushed stone pile was analyzed. The construction technique and method of quality control with dry crushed stone pile discussed. It shows it is feasible to treat vibrating liquefied foundation by dry crushed stone pile through test to pile body ,soil between piles and compound foundation.

EXCAVATION METHOD ANALYSIS OF LITTLE DISTANCE TUNNEL IN FREEWAY

Little distance tunnel is a special tunnel structural style that double tunnel clear distance is situated between multiple arch tunnel distance and apparel separation tunnel minimum clear distance according to tunnel design regulations. Double tunnel distance is so small that double tunnel interaction is considerable at tunnel excavation and there be strongly influence to tunnel surrounding rock stability especially situating between double tunnel rock mass. Therefore, inquiring into safety reasonable and economical freeway little distance tunnel method of excavation is very necessary. Combined a freeway little tunnel engineering practice (clear distance equal to 4. 0 m, buried depth equal to 30. 0 m)at two-class surround rock, through three-dimension elastic-plastic element numerical simulation, freeway tunnel surrounding rock approach failure degree and deformation displacement characters have been analysed. When the tunnel rock mass excavated according to cheek pilot method, array pattern of cheek pilot method and bench method, and up-down bench method of double tunnel. Based on the analysis of three-type excavation method, we inquired into good and bad, adapting of each method. This study will have provided scientific basis for freeway little distance tunnel design and excavation.

A small diameter rolling pillar is equipped on the working platform of traditional line erecting car with “low temperature and high platform” for supporting contact wire and making it turning during the construction of line erecting. In this way, a great tuning contact wire is only supported by one point and it can make the wire hard bending easily undei some conditions,which can not meet requirement the electrified railway line with speed above 140 km/h, so a new auxiliary supporting device of anti-hard bending for overhead line erecting is put forward.
