PREFACE TO THE RESEARCH ON TRACTION POWER SUPPLY TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY
Sun Yongfu
This paper is the preface to the Research on Traction Power Supply Technology of High-speed Railway. The preface is written by Mr. Sun Yongfu ,the deputy minister of the MOR. The idea on “not only must exert oneself to expand ability ,but also must exert one- self to raise speed ”in order to lessen the intense state of our railway transport is put forward. The different model about raising speed and the five questions must be paid attention on re- search of traction power supply of high 一 speed railway in future are suggested. There is great guiding sense in this paper.

DOING WELL PLANNING WORK OF RAILWAY NETWORK ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS AND POSSIBILITIES
Chen Rongxiang
The paper analyzes in detail the status of the social economic developments in the palnning district of the Fourth Railway Survey and Design Institute and its requirements on railway transportations. The specialities of these requirements are also expounded. For realiz- ing the plan of railway construction according to the national planning target, the most im- portant problem is the problem concerned with the investment of the railway constructions. Several methods for collecting the construction investments are proposed also by the author.

STEEL TRUSS WITH SOLID JOINTS USED ON SUNKOU HUANGHE GREAT BRIDGE IN JING-JIU RAILWAY LINE
Zhao Tingheng,Lin Yinyue
The steel truss with solid joints is a new technique of steel bridge developed abroad just recently 20 years. It has been adopted firstly in our country on the Sunkou Huanghe Great Bridge in the Jing_Jiu Raiway Line,The important breakthrough obtained on the building technique of this type of bridge truss is introduced in this paper. In order to make this breakthorugh ,the important research and test works proceed concerned with the desige conception and its technical essentials ,key problems in the manufacture of steel truss and the main technical requirements of assembly,so that the experience of building steel truss with solid joints may be popularized and utilized further in our country.

Dong Shengguo
Based on the construction practice of the Lijiang Great Bridge for grouting the con- necting gap of the middle span of the continuous girders, there were two restricted locking mea- sures, i. e. the temporary restricted locking of the bridge supports and the temporary restricted locking of the connecting gap. This paper introduces the basic principles, calculating methods and the construction procedure of these measures. They are valuable as reference for construction works.

ABSOLUTE DEFLECTION METHOD BASED ON PRE-ARCHED CALCULATION AND INSTALLATION
Duan Mingde
For different types of the railway and the highway long-span prestressed concrete bridges, the construction method of building bridges section by section has been widely adopted, in which the deflection and the pre-arched calculation and installation are the key techinque for engineering control. The paper analyzes the current pre-arched calculation and installation method based on the relative deflections, and proposes a new absolute deflection method. The the- oretical analysis and pratical applications proof that the new method is proper and reliable, easy to be applied and popularized, and able to raise obviously control quality of building bridges.

PRINCIPAL INFLUENTIAL FACTORS ON STATION LOCATION SELECTION OF MAIN MARSHALLING STATION IN DALIAN RAILWAY TERMINAL
Gu Hongda
According to the research on the general layout of the Dalian Railway ,the paper introduces the practices on the station location selection for building a marshalling station in the terminal. There were two different station locations. The Iidvaiitages and disadvan- tages of these two station locations are analyzed. Based on these practice^, the principal influen- tial factors are pointed out. The author proposes that the important way.for Meeting the mar- shalling station of the railway terminal must combine with the research out and consider properly the principal influential factors.

EFFECT OF TRAFFIC INTERFERENCE DURING CONSTRUCT- ING CATENARY ON EXISTING RAILWAY LINE
Wang Peiguo
The paper proposes the main problems which should be overcomed immediately during constructing the catenary on the existing railway lines, such as the contradictions be- tween the traffic volume and the engineering period, between the requirement of time inter- val for constructing work and the train operation management, and between the train inter- val and the continuity of engineering procedures. By analyzing the specialities of the catenary construction, the scope of catenary effected by the traffic interference, etc, the feasibility of realizing different tariff for different kind of engineering projects to solve these contradictions are explored.

ENGINEERING WORK WITH DEEP-HOLE BLASTING
Zhao Yuliu
As constructing a new petrochemical words, the earlier-stage ground leveling works had the following difficulties : narrow space for blasting construction t hard rockmass, big leveling area, high quality requirement, and 狂ccordii^ to the design requirement, the di- ameter of bankig materials no more than 30 cm. The paper introduces the process of select- ing the blasting technology for that engineering project and the successful experiences of ap- plying the deep-hole blasting. They are valuable as reference for the application of the blast- ing construction technology in situ.

CONTENTS AND SCOPES OF AUDITING COMPREHENSIVE E- VALUATION FOR INNER CONTROL SYSTEMS OF RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES
Zhang Lisheng
In view of the specialities of the railway construction enterprises, the paper de- scribes the main contents and scopes of the inner control systems and their auditing compre- hensive evaluations. The key inner control links which are in division of labor, interface and constraint with each other in the operation management of the enterprise are illustrated. The out-of-control points which may be occurred easily are also pointed out. As the recent con- struction enterprises convert the management systems to establish a modern enterprise man- agement system, a discussion with effective practical meanings has been made from the audit angle concerned with how to improve and to strengthen the operation management level and to raise the self-constraint ability of the enterprise.
