APPLICATION OF LONG -DISTANCE CORRDINATE DESIGN IN SURVEY AND DESIGN

This paper analyses the problems in practice of long-distance survey and design mode which is changing from "local design" to "long-distance coordinate design" based on taking the Third Railway Survey and Design Institute as an example, presents the resolutions to the problems. Some of resolutions have been adopted in survey, design and management works场the Third Railway Survey and Design Institute and got good results.

HYDROGEOLOGY PROBLEMS RELATED TO TROUGH VALLEY, KARSTIC WATER AND FLOW IN DESHENGCHANG OF QIYUESHAN TUNNEL

The project of Qiyueshan Tunnel is a controlled project for Yichang-Wanzhou Railway Line. The Deshengchang subterranean river, suited in the middle of the tunnel, causes great harm to the tunnel. This paper analyses the hydrogeology problems related to trough valley, karstic water and subterranean flow in Deshengchang of Qiyueshan Tunnel and their influences on the tunnel, proposes the prevention and consolidation measures.

THEORETICAL ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON STABILITY OF BEAM BODY ON RUBBER SEAT

This paper presents theoretical calculation method for lateral stability of beam body on rubber seat, based on the analysis of lateral stability of concrete simple-supported beam. At the same time, the paper also presents the practical calculation method for lateral stability of beam body by adopting mathematical analysis way in order to make it easy to be applied in construction. The lab model experiment was done for testing the accuracy of the method.

ANALYSIS OF MEASURED STRESS ON SECTION OF CURVED CONTINUOUS BRIDGE CONSTRUCTED BY JACK-IN METHOD

As the non-elasticity of slow concrete contraction distortion is shown by reinforcement meter, the concrete stress measured by reinforcement meter pre-buried inside main girder in construction of curved continuous bridge by jack-in method. This paper presents two calculation methods with deductiong influence by slow contraction distortion and special treating the influence on calculation of measured stress by slow distortion. The methods were applied in monitoring construction of one bredge and got good results.

Large-volume concrete is easy to crack during construction owing to the large difference between inside and outside temperatures of it. The crack of concrete was prevented effectively by taking corresponding measures during construction of the trestle of Xuejiaba Fujiang Bridge on Suiyu Railway Line with large-volume concrete based on the measured result of inside and outside temperature of the concrete.

A formula for calculating frequency of externally prestressed beam is derived from classical frequency equation with the influence of axial force and bending moment. In this paper, strengthening of six beams with simply supported ends by externally prestressing are experimentally investigated. The main influences and the practical feasibility about the formula discussed.

ANALYSIS OF THE LINING SAFETY OF WUSHAOLING TUNNEL IN F7 FAULT

This displacement of the rock wall is not convergence in a long time after excavating in F7 fault of the Wushaoling tunnel, and the time for lining executed can not meet the request of "The Code for Design of Railway Tunnel" , because the rock is weak and soft with complicated and high earth pressure. This paper indicates that the designing parameters are feasible and safe through analyzing the safety of lining by using FEM and surveying, the second lining should be carried out in time in order to control big displacement.

EXPLORATION ON WAY OF DISCRIMINATING EARTHING PHASE BY APPLICATION OF VECTORGRAM
LIN Ji
Because most of failures are single-phase earthing failures in neutral non-direct earthing electric network, this paper sums up the characteristics law between earth potential trace and electromotive force and changeable law of earthing resistance with changes of system parameters based on the analysis and study on single-phase earthing failure. The earthing fault phase can be discriminated on three-phase vectorgram rapidly and accurately by application of the law. In this way, the possible error caused by application of null sequence voltage to discriminate earthing failure can be eliminated, the accuracy of discriminating earthing fault phase can be improved and the necessary conditions are provided to the system for preventing over voltage and eliminating single-phase earthing failure.

Red mudstone is a special rock-soil, its filling density is sensitive to water content. This paper, first of all, gives an introduction to the principle and method for centrifugal experiment, then presents the relations between settlement and compacted thickness, settlement and acceleration, construction duration and post-construction settlement, and construction duration and time through simulating four kinds of red mudstone embankments with filling and compacted thickness of 87%,90%,93%and 97%by centrifugal model, last determines the filling parameters embankment construction.

It is without rebuke to take form as the starting point of architecture design. But it has to obstruct the innovation and development of architecture to think highly of the form and neglect architectural composition logic of architecture. The architectural composition put forward by K Franputon contrasts sharply with formalism. It is obviously found out from "water cube"(scheme wining the bidding of National Swimming Centre)that the architectural composition philosophy was applied successfully in architecture design and got effective response to formalism.
