1 THE RESEARCH ON OBJEXTIVE VALUE OF SPEED OF HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY

The completion of Tokai new main lines with the speed of 200 km/h in Japan in 1964 uncovered the prelude of the express railway development. Owing to more & economical character, express railway meets the need of economical and social development in variable Country. So every country competes in enhancing speed and constructing express passenger railway. Until now, there are ten countries which have constructed express railway above 200 km/h. The construction and development of express railway Indicate that world railway has entered the highspeed developmental times. This paper is not concerned about the comparison among the express system modes. The issues relate to express railway with the program of high speed and moderate speed in common-line, which is reported to state to ratified, will be argued. This paper will discuss the definition on the objective value of express railway speed. It will make a conclusion that it is urgent to develop express railway and will provide optimization method to selection parameters in the program of high speed and moderate speed in common-line. The conclusion in this paper will be references in the railway planning and construction and the basis for further research.

5 IMPORTANCE AND NECESSITY FOR CONSTRUCTING FUZHOU-XIAMEN RAILWAY

The importance and necessity of construction of Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway are expounded in this paper emphatically from the following aspects: quickening the progress to promote the construction of an economic flourishing zone at west seashore of the Taiwan Straits, speeding up the construction of different coastal ports of Fujian Province, promoting the development of tourist business in southeast coastal cities of Fujian Province, strengthening the communication constructions for national defense in order to promote the unity of the country at an early deate, etc.

9 EXPLORATION ON SPEEDING UP THE CONSTRUCTION OF SHANGHAI-LASA RAILWAYS CALM AND UNHURRIED

Comprehensive introductions on the construction of the Gelmo-Lasa section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway started, as well as the tentative ideas of constructing continuously the Yunnan-Tibet and the Sichuan Tibet Railways, are put forward in this paper. The suggestions on speeding up the construction of Shanghai-Lasa railways and the considerations on construction of South China-Lasa railways are proposed also.

26 ISPMAT: INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE APPLIED TO TRAINS

The maintenance of massive transport vehicles is very important to guarantee the quality of this social service. This paper presents a software tool named ISPMAT able to perform an automatic detection and diagnosis of possible faults in two main components of a train: the compressor and the traction bogie. ISPMAT is based on artificial intelligent techniques: description of the ISPMAT architecture and neural networks and expert systems. This paper includes the some experimental results.

Box girder is widely adopted in most bridges due to its simple structural form and good stressed condition. However, box girder has a strict requirement for the size of precast structural component due to its structure of thin wall. Box girder was adapted partially in Weihe Bridge on Xianyang Airport Highway. Based on the experience in it, this paper gives a brief introduction to the technique for precasted structural component of box girder under 30 m prestress, including proper measures to be taken, for reference to producing similar precasted structural component.

44 CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF BALLASTLESS SLAB TRACK ON THE BRIDGE FOR QINSHEN SPECIAL RAILWAY LINE FOR PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION

The paper gives the introduction of the construction technique of a new-type track structure-Slab Non-ballast Track, which will be used on the bridge of Qinshen Special Railway Line for Passenger Transportation, and sheds light on a series of key construction techniques, mainly including: fabrication of the track slab, research and production of CA sand mortar, construction of concrete bearing and convex retaining wall, paving of track slab, pouring of CA sand mortar, construction of the filled cushion slab etc. All these will have the significant reference and application value for its employment to the bridge construction of the city overhead track and the express-railway.

This paper gives an introduction to the construction technique and precautions for large-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder in soft foundation area during construction of Dongxihu Interchange Crossing Bridge, proposes the construction programme with supporting all round and casting for one time for continuous box girder at small radius line, which resolved the problems related to the soft foundation, ensured compactness inside, beauty outside and round line of box girder, and saved the cost, analyzes the quality control and monitoring of ground treatment, supporting laving, temlate installation, concrete casting and stress system setting up, which provides good experience to such construction.

76 RESEARCH ON THE LOSCHENG SLOW-SLIP AND HUGE-VOLUME LANDSLIDE IN GUIXING SUPERHIGHWAY

The Guixing Superhighway is such a superhighway building in plateau mountain area. Its geology is very complex. Among its all landslide the Loschong landslide possesses about 6*106 m3 slip-volume. That landslide keeps on moving to be already last for more than 30 years and is a slow-slip and huge-volume landslide, if thoroughly managing it, it will take very much expenses to reach 130 million yuan. Through compared very many plans of managing this landslide, the plan that managing a part of the landslide and long-term monitoring it was adopted, and the purpose that managing the landslide not only taking few expenses but also safely was attained. In this engineering the Landslide-monitoring is very important, varieties of landslide-monitoring means were adopted and some successful experiences were acquired. This paper research on and deal with this landslide's general condition, slow-slip reason, managing and monitoring.

86 WELDING OF HIGH MANGANESE STEEL FROGS WITH RAILS

Medium material is used for the flash about welding of high manganese steel frogs to rails. No separated carbide is generated from the austenite microstructure in heat affected zone on high manganese steel frogs, nor martensite microstructure appears in the heat affected zone on rails. Excellent weldability is realized at the welding joints. This technology is employed in the welding of high manganese steel frogs.

90 FROM A MODEL TO ANALYZE THE OPERATING CONDITION OF USING THE WELDING TRAIN

Analyze the condition of B27 bids works of Qinghuangdao-Shenyang dedicated passenger railway; conclude that the area of the yards to store the continuous welded rail is an important factor for welding train. Select the quantity of continuous welded rail deposited before laying in the yard as the optimized object, establish the model depending on the restricting relationship of the time in which the welding train work in the two laving track teams, analyze the parameter to reduce the condition of using the welding train. Then based on the technical flow of laying the continuous wedded rail, discuss the relationship of working procedure between the welding and others ,and indicate some important parameter in selecting the equipment. This paper is useful for selecting the equipment, drawing the construction management plan, adopting new technics.

In this paper, a new type of 100 M Ethernet Line Board is presented. It is used for large, high-speed netword device-Core Router. By using new internal switch packet architecture and implementing with FPGA; we can satisfy the need of full duplex, high speed and stabilization for the Core Router. In general test, the lost packet ration of this line board is very low. So it will be used in the network products.

This paper describes the used technical methods for treating the formation related to the structure, tunnel construction and existing buildings and also describes the prevention technique for high-rise buildings and monitoring works in construction, for reference to future similar works.

Thisn is the way to increase the economic income for the railway construction enterprise, especially for the professional construction enterprise.
